About the Job

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Recruitment Pursuits Ltd, you will play a critical role in developing a successful Commercial desk, focusing on sales and business development to attract new business from clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compiling job descriptions and advertising vacancies on various platforms, maximizing visibility and reach.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record of success.
  • Demonstrating a desire to succeed and excel in a competitive environment.
  • Able to work in a pressured environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident in sales ability, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Possessing a passion for recruitment and a deep understanding of the industry.
