About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at Park Plaza. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our luxurious spa and gym facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Spa Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a skilled team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff, to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing their concerns or complaints promptly and continuously seeking ways to enhance their spa experience.
  • Business Acumen: Be business-minded and understand the financial aspects of spa operations, including revenue management, cost control, and quality control.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for guests and staff.
