About The Spa at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at The Spa at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and other support staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and experience, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and promote the spa's services.
  • Financial Management: Manage the spa's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all spa services and facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, business, or spa management.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa management role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in spa software and technology.
  • Certifications: Certified Spa Manager (CSM) or Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) certification preferred.
