Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow and high levels of guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support with the hiring and supervision of spa colleagues, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and providing ongoing training to ensure the team delivers excellent services.
  • Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management to support the overall financial health of the spa.

About You

We are seeking a highly organized and multitasking individual with proven experience in spa management. You should possess extensive knowledge of luxury spa operations and treatments, as well as a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
