About the Role

The Assistant Spa Manager will play a key role in supporting the Spa Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and delivering high levels of guest engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Support the Spa Director in budgeting and financial management to ensure the overall financial health of the spa.
  • Monitor and maintain spa facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a high level of quality and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Spa Director to develop and implement spa marketing and promotional initiatives.

About You

We are seeking an experienced spa professional with a proven track record in spa management, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and excellent knowledge of luxury spa operations and treatments.
