We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxurious spa and gym facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Spa Team: Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff, to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of quality in all spa facilities.
- Operational Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym, and maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Customer Service: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, address guest concerns or complaints promptly, and continuously seek ways to enhance the spa experience for our guests.
- Financial Management: Be business-minded, understand your P&L, maximize revenue opportunities, control costs to optimize overall profitability, and implement quality controls.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team of spa professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for guests and staff.

- Spa Operations Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of spa operations, including spa therapies, products, and equipment.
- People Management Skills: Strong people management skills.
