Spa Operations Manager

About the Role:
As an Assistant Spa Manager at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our luxurious spa and gym facilities. With your flair and passion for delivering exceptional service, you will lead and deliver a memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the spa team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym.
- Be responsible for the upkeep and operation of the hotel's fitness centre, including reporting and escalating maintenance or cleanliness issues where required, and sustaining safety practices.
- Work with our brand partner to ensure our spa offering is coherent and creative.
- Be business-minded, understand your P&L, maximise revenue opportunities, control costs to optimise overall profitability, and implement quality controls.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, address guest concerns or complaints promptly, and continuously seek ways to enhance the spa experience for our guests and implement improvements accordingly.
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for guests and staff.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Spa Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of spa operations, including spa therapies, products, and equipment.
- Strong people management skills.
