Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Love Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day running of our luxury spa, and promoting a thriving community within our facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Community Building: Promote a thriving community within the spa, fostering a sense of belonging among our residents.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the spa, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Business Development: Actively seek new clients and opportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage client base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider residential estate team to provide a first-class residents experience.
  • Personal Training: Provide Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotel markets.

Desirable Attributes

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotel markets.
  • Additional Skills: First aid/ Pool safety experience.
