About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at a luxury spa and gym. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day running of the spa, and promoting a thriving community within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the spa, including opening and closing procedures, group exercise classes, and personal training sessions.
  • Promote a thriving community within the spa, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Actively seek new clients and opportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage client base.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider residential estate team to provide a first-class resident experience.
Requirements
  • REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience within the luxury gym/spa/hotel markets
Desirable Attributes
  • Previous experience within the luxury gym/spa/hotel markets
  • First aid/Pool safety experience
