Teaching Assistant Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled teaching assistant to support a Year 3 student with Autism and lower level ability. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification, extensive experience working with children on a one-to-one basis, and SEN experience covering Autism and lower level ability.

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated teaching assistant to work closely with a child with Autism. The successful candidate will have the skills and experience to provide effective support and communication with the child, their family, and the school team. As part of Aspire People, you will receive a range of benefits, including competitive pay rates, estimated at £20-£25 per hour based on location and qualifications.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing individualized support to the child, building strong relationships and promoting their learning and development. This will involve working closely with the SENCO, leadership team, and parents to ensure the child receives the best possible education and care.
