About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Autism Support Professional to join our team in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
  • The successful candidate will support pupils with high levels of Autism, Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour, Dyslexia, ADHD, SEMH, and other needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs in a classroom setting.
  2. Follow children's specialised support plans to help them achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in childhood studies or TA course).
  • Experience working with children with special needs in a school or similar environment.
  • Extra SEN Training certificates (such as MAPA, Makaton, Team Teach) preferred.
  • A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • A £100 joining bonus.
