CareTech, a nationwide healthcare provider, seeks an Adult Autism Support Professional to join their team. This role involves providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs in a Specialist Mental Health Service environment.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a caring environment and be able to work independently as part of a team. They should also have good communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and confidence to work with individuals who may be experiencing emotional distress.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, they will have access to a range of benefits including a £500 Recommend A Friend Bonus, Blue Light Card, and up to 28 Days Holiday.
