Autism Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Education Teaching Assistant to join our team at a community special school catering to students with autism.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized education plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
Working collaboratively with a team of professionals, you will provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment that enables students to reach their full potential.
The salary for this position is £83 per hour PAYE, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized education plans for students with autism.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support.
- Contribute to a collaborative learning environment that fosters growth and achievement.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Significant experience working with students on the autism spectrum.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality education and support.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
