About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support our students with Autism. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum, develop social skills, and manage emotional challenges.
The Key Responsibilities
- Supporting students with Autism to access the curriculum and participate fully in classroom activities.
- Helping to implement individual learning plans and strategies, as outlined in students' Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
About You
We are looking for candidates who have a genuine passion for supporting children with Autism, a good understanding of Autism and the challenges students face, and are flexible and adaptable.
Salary Information
This role offers a competitive salary of £90 - £110 per day, making it an attractive opportunity for those passionate about working with children with Autism.
