Specialist Autism Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to work one-to-one with students who require additional support in accessing the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide individualized support to students with Autism, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and can achieve their academic goals.
- To develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement from students.
- To communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in regular review meetings.
- A Level 3 qualification in Teaching & Learning (desirable)
- Long-term experience of working with children on a one-to-one basis
- SEN experience covering Autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
