Female Support Worker Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs in their daily lives.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week) paid at £12 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Spend quality time engaging residents in activities like playing computer games, reading comics, watching cartoons, sensory activities, and arts and crafts.
  2. Support individuals in their interests, such as outdoor activities like swimming, bowling, and taking walks in the park.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ambitious support workers who enjoy new challenges every day and learning new skills would be a great match.
  • Empowering independence: support people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.
  • Daily living support: provide varying levels of personal care, meal preparation, medication, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Shift Patterns
  1. Day Shifts: 7am – 3pm
  2. Day Shifts: 3pm – 10pm
  3. Long Day Shifts: 7am – 10pm
