Female Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to provide care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs in Droitwich.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week) paid at £12 per hour.
  • You will spend quality time with residents engaging in activities such as playing computer games, reading comics, watching cartoons, sensory activities, and arts and crafts.
Responsibilities
  1. Spend quality time with residents, supporting them in their daily lives and helping them achieve their goals.
  2. Support individuals in their interests, such as outdoor activities like swimming, bowling, and taking walks in the park.

  • Empowering independence: support people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.
  • Daily living support: provide varying levels of personal care, meal preparation, medication, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Shift Patterns and Benefits
