Job Title: Support Specialist for Children with Autism

We are recruiting for a Support Specialist to work with children who have Autism in schools across South and Central Birmingham and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

  • Provide support to pupils within the classroom, small groups, and 1:1 settings.
  • Follow individualised support plans to help children achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in childhood studies or TA course).
  • Relative experience plus experience within a SEN school.
  • Extra SEN Training certificates (such as MAPA, Makaton, Team Teach).
  • A genuine interest in helping support children with extra needs.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £10000-£20000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a £100 joining bonus and competitive pay rates.
