We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment in Birmingham.
About the JobThis role involves working closely with KS1 children, providing additional support to enhance their education and address behavior issues.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans.
Key Responsibilities- Support teachers in planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of children with autism and other special educational needs.
- Utilize specialist strategies and resources to promote effective learning and behavior management.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and professionals to ensure consistent support and effective communication.
- Experience working with children with autism and other special educational needs.
- Ability to employ a range of specialist strategies and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role is based in Northfield/Longbridge, Birmingham (B31).
The ideal candidate will have fluency in spoken English.
Salary and BenefitsOur salary package includes a competitive annual salary of £20,000 - £25,000.
