Teaching Assistant Role: We are looking for an experienced and patient individual to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a fantastic SEND primary school in Dudley. As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop individualized plans for each child, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture. The salary range for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per year, dependent on experience. If you have experience working with children who have learning difficulties and sensory impairments, then we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Support children with SEND in groups or one-to-one
  • Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop individualized plans for each child
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
