Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support to a Year 6 student with behavioural needs and an EHCP.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the student in their academic and personal development.
  2. Work closely with the student's teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Experience working with primary-aged children and students with SEND.
  • Suitable qualifications to work with young people and support students with special educational needs highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students quickly.
  • Able to work as part of a team and manage occasional behavioural challenges confidently.
Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £28,000 per annum. Additional benefits include excellent daily rates paid weekly, guaranteed pay scheme, pension contributions, and free training opportunities.
