We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Northfield/Longbridge, Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Autism and be able to provide tailored support to meet their unique needs.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the Role
The successful candidate will support the teacher in providing an outstanding education to individual children with special educational needs (SEN) and behaviour issues. Key responsibilities include supporting the teacher in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, as well as working with individual children and small groups to provide differentiated support and encouragement to meet their specific needs.
