We are Academics Ltd, a specialist school in Bristol dedicated to providing exceptional education for children with Autism. Our team is seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join us, supporting students with complex needs and working closely with our experienced therapists and psychologists.

This role presents a unique opportunity for a graduate (Psychology or Criminology preferred) to develop their skills and experience in a therapeutic setting. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism, using your creativity and patience to engage them in activities outside traditional lessons.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be adaptable and proactive, and have a genuine interest in supporting children with Special Needs. A Level 3 qualification or higher is required, with a Degree preferred.

We offer a competitive daily rate of £83.15, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm. This is an excellent chance for Psychology Graduates to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
