Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join AVEVA's global payroll team as an EMEA Payroll Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing, leading audits, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for 27 countries across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct internal and external audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain relationships with outsourced providers and internal teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency, standardization, and process improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with a strong background in statutory requirements, payroll, and benefits.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements.
