About the Role

As a seasoned payroll professional, you will lead the EMEA People Services Payroll team in providing exceptional service to our employees. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and expertise in payroll processing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processing for 27 countries across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Lead internal and external audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain relationships with outsourced providers and internal teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive efficiency, standardization, and process improvements.
Team Leadership
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of payroll professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. AVEVA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible benefits fund, emergency leave days, adoption leave, and private medical insurance.
