Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Processing Coordinator to join their team in Cambridge. This newly created role reports directly to the Payroll Manager and offers a hybrid working arrangement with up to 3 days per week worked from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing end-to-end payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Manual payroll calculations to maintain the integrity of financial data
  • International payrolls management, including administering employee benefit provisions
  • Maintaining the payroll system, handbooks, and contracts up to date
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar Payroll Administrator role with expertise in end-to-end payroll processing
  2. CIPP Level 3 qualified or equivalent
Essential Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and benefit legislation
  • Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation
  • Effective communication and attention to detail

This position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of accurate and timely payroll processing.
