Accounting and Payroll Coordinator

We are delighted to announce an exceptional opportunity for an Accounting and Payroll Coordinator to join our client, a well-established Cambridge organisation. This role involves working closely with the Payroll Manager and offers hybrid working arrangements, allowing up to 3 days of remote work per week.
Job Overview:This is a newly created role within the organisation, requiring a highly skilled individual to manage end-to-end payroll processes. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and hold a CIPP Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and efficiently
- Manage manual payroll calculations
- Assist with international payroll administration
- Maintain payroll systems, handbooks, and contracts
- Administer employee benefit provisions
- Provide support for payroll queries
- Strong knowledge of payroll and benefit legislation
- Expertise in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
