We are delighted to announce an exceptional opportunity for an Accounting and Payroll Coordinator to join our client, a well-established Cambridge organisation. This role involves working closely with the Payroll Manager and offers hybrid working arrangements, allowing up to 3 days of remote work per week.

Job Overview:

This is a newly created role within the organisation, requiring a highly skilled individual to manage end-to-end payroll processes. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and hold a CIPP Level 3 qualification or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and efficiently
  • Manage manual payroll calculations
  • Assist with international payroll administration
  • Maintain payroll systems, handbooks, and contracts
  • Administer employee benefit provisions
  • Provide support for payroll queries
Essential Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and benefit legislation
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
