Key Responsibilities

As EMEA Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading customer service, fulfilment and service administration functions. You will implement improvements and work across the organisation to ensure that targets are met and the customers' experience of order to cash is good.

You will have prior experience of managing a small team and be able to get up and running quickly. The ability to take on an interim role and operate across different functions of a business to improve performance is essential.

The salary range for this position is £65,000 - £75,000.
