">The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to assigned business groups across the EMEA region. This role involves developing and executing HR talent strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.

- Act as the primary HR liaison for designated business units and/or departments, collaborating with business leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR practices.
- Develop and implement HR programs that align with the company's goals, including succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, while maintaining confidentiality and legal compliance.
- Provide coaching to managers on performance management, employee development, and employee engagement strategies, empowering them to lead high-performing teams.
- Stay informed of evolving HR laws and industry trends, making recommendations to update internal policies as needed.
- Educate employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices through ongoing training and communication.
Requirements:

- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in HR is required, international HR exposure is a plus.
- Experience working across the EMEA region is essential.
- Working knowledge of HR-related laws/regulations is necessary.
- Advanced computer literacy with specific proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze various types of data information is crucial.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently, work proactively, and achieve results without close supervision is essential.
- Proven organizational skills and experience leading small-scale projects are required.
