Job Title: Regional HR Services Manager

Our client, a leading global technology and IT services provider based in the UK, is seeking an experienced Regional HR Services Manager to lead the People Services team across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead a cross-border People Operations team, including weekly 1-2-1's and reviews.
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all people-related queries.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure operational excellence and consistently seek ways to enhance processes.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Partner with relevant stakeholders to develop standardized processes and procedures across EMEA.
  • SLA Management: Manage SLA's (Service Level Agreements).
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc tasks across the HR and People Services team as required.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years within an EMEA People Services/Operations team.
  • HRIS Experience: Proficiency in using complex HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Team Leadership: Prior experience managing at least 3 people.
  • Employee Lifecycle Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the employee lifecycle.
  • Global Environment: Experience working in a global/matrixed environment.
  • SLA/KPI Management: Management of SLA's and KPI's.
  • Data Protection Compliance: Understanding of Data Protection legislation and compliance.
What We Offer:
