Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality of our food manufacturing operations in Tamworth. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing quality systems and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and protocols
  • Lead audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality-related issues

Requirements:

  • Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety certification
  • Recognised qualification in food science or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality control role
  • Proven track record of improving quality standards and reducing non-conformities

Estimated Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
