We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Operations Manager to lead our client's team of 6-8 Credit Controllers in Tamworth.



**Key Responsibilities**



  • Proactively manage key ledgers to ensure timely collection of payments, improving company cash flow and minimising risk.
  • Lead a team of Credit Controllers, developing individuals and enhancing team performance.
  • Cradle-to-grave management of the credit control process, from onboarding customers to debt recovery.


**Delivering Excellence**


The successful candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, adhering to company policies and procedures. They will develop the team against set targets and KPIs, resolving queries efficiently and ensuring invoices, statements, and receipts are processed promptly.



**Requirements**



  • Strong business partnering skills, ability to build relationships and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Good system skills, preferably with experience of SAP.
  • Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and support the Credit Manager as required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced B2B credit department.
