Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Tamworth, Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Manager from a food manufacturing background to take on an autonomous role within a growing business.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing the entire QA and QC function, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will conduct a gap analysis of the company and develop strategies to improve the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Audit process records for compliance and report to the Managing Director
  • Ensure all quality standards are met in preparation for internal and unannounced third-party audits
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies to uphold standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in quality management, specifically in high-care food manufacturing. A minimum HACCP Level 3 qualification is required. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to work autonomously.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare and flexible working hours. The role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career development within a growing business.
