We are seeking a Senior Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met in preparation for internal and unannounced third-party audits. This includes liaising with regulatory bodies to uphold standards and completing a Gap Analysis of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a background in food manufacturing and hold a minimum HACCP Level 3 certification. You will be working alongside senior leaders, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and expected to conduct a gap analysis of the company to come up with strategies to improve the business.

About the Role
  • Audit process records for compliance and report to the Managing Director
  • Ensure all quality standards are met in preparation for internal and unannounced third-party audits
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies to uphold standards
  • Complete a Gap Analysis of the business

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £47,500 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
