Job Title: Finance Controller

We are seeking a skilled Finance Controller to join our team at Greencore. The successful candidate will have ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications and post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver optimal operational performance and provide decision support to key stakeholders.
  • Implement the internal control environment and ensure the integrity of the balance sheet.
  • Prepare financials for business cases, capital investment proposals, and other activities.
  • Oversight of budget process and conversion reconciliation.
  • Ownership and management of site capital process.
  • Contribute to the wider finance team to ensure continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build and lead a high-performing team, and proactive approach to meeting deadlines.

Estimated salary: £90,000 - £130,000 per annum.
