Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team in Tamworth, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Processes: Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company's financial operations comply with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Advice: Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting business growth and development.
  • Financial Systems: Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Qualifications: ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
