Griffin Fire is looking for an experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our Fleet Business Unit department.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our Centre Network, Fleet Field Sales team, and Fleet Customers through the provision of excellent service.

In this position, you will act as a key contact to support the activities of the Fleet Field Managers, Business Centres, and approved brokers in liaison with all functions relating to Fleet proposals and activations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as key contact to support the activities of the Fleet Field Managers, Business Centres, and approved brokers.
  • Support a culture focused on customer satisfaction, delivered through effective systems & processes, providing first-class customer service to our fleet customers.
  • Build relationships and develop effective communication with contacts from within the Company, the manufacturer, the Centre Network, Brokers, Inchcape Fleet Solutions, and Fleet Customers.
Payout Process:
  • Manage all incoming pay-out requests ensuring data checks and sign off fall within agreed timescale.
  • Effectively manage the pay-out processes associated with all direct invoicing agreements, contract hire, multi-asset agreements, variable rate agreements, customer loan cars, and car benefit solutions.

  • Annual salary for this position is approximately £50,000, based on experience and qualifications.
