TLP Consultancy Ltd have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years, building a trusted partnership.
This role will be employed by TLP Consultancy Ltd, seconded to Toyota (GB) PLC.
We are a global automotive company seeking someone who is passionate about delivering brilliant customer service and eager to advance their career within our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail, while also demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to contribute positively to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective customer communications through multiple channels, including telephone, email, social media, and web chat services.
- Use your personality and exceptional customer skills to provide a memorable experience.
- Ensure accurate information recording in company systems reflects all customer communications.
- Provide advice that is relevant and appropriate.
- Achieve high-quality customer communication standards while adapting to individual customer needs.
- Focus on personal productivity and contribute towards departmental Service Level Agreements by meeting/exceeding targets.
- Work independently, within a framework, making empowering decisions to deliver optimal customer outcomes.
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent written and customer service skills are essential.
- Proficiency in using computers and learning new systems quickly.
- Common sense and an open-minded approach to dealing with queries.
- An ambassador for the customer's voice within the business.
- Confidence in a 'customer-first' mindset.
- Strong listening skills and high attention to detail.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with three days per week spent in the office.
