Customer Service Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer communications through multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and web chat.
- Develop a rapport with customers, business partners, and colleagues, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Ensure accurate recording of customer interactions in company systems and provide relevant advice.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets, focusing on personal productivity and contributing to the departmental Service Level Agreements.
- Make empowering decisions to deliver the right customer outcomes, working independently within a framework.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and customer service skills are essential.
- Proficiency in using PC applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Common sense and open-minded approach to dealing with queries.
- Ability to be a sympathetic individual with good knowledge of customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have great listening skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for personal development goals. The salary for this position is approximately £30,000 per annum, and the company offers a generous benefits package, including a performance-related bonus, pension, and access to a car scheme.
