Customer Service Transportation Professional

Ocado Logistics is committed to promoting excellence in customer service and logistics operations. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Transportation Professional to join our team. The estimated annual salary for this role in the UK is £28,000.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality products to customers while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery operations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements for this role include a full UK or EU driving licence and being over 18 years old. Comprehensive training will be provided on our customer service standards and delivery procedures. Hourly pay rates for this position are £12.91 (Monday to Saturday), £13.03 (evening premium), and £13.20 (Sunday day premium). You will work 40 hours per week, including paid breaks, and be required to work any 5 days out of 7. Shifts may start as early as 05:30 and can finish as late as 12:00 midnight.
