About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join our close-knit team at Perfect Placement. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and working closely with customers to ensure they receive the best possible experience.

Key responsibilities include professionally communicating with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle, producing Job Cards on in-house computer systems, upselling on service work and service plans to increase revenue and customer satisfaction, and utilizing Motor Dealership Database Software to manage customer information and bookings.

To be successful in this role, you will need minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively, and familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software.

In return, we offer a competitive salary package including $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and opportunities for career advancement and growth.
