Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Risk Surveyor to join our team at Specsavers. As a key member of our Risk team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering our risk management strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the protection of our assets and liabilities from insurable losses.
  • Support the group insurance department in achieving our insurance goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance services.
  • Assist with renewing global and UK/Guernsey insurance policies and provide professional advice to key stakeholders.
  • Process premium and claims payments, handle reconciliations and premium recharges as required.
Requirements
  • Strong technical insurance experience and knowledge, ideally in property, casualty, and financial lines.
  • Experience using analytics to influence insurance programme design.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, insurance brokers, and insurers.
