Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Performance Governance Expert to join our team in Preston. As a key member of the Business Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing centralised operational teams and activities, ensuring effective delivery of services to customers and stakeholders.

This role involves:

  • Leading the Recruitment Hub Team and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to existing and future customers;
  • Providing accurate insights and reporting on performance against resource demand, highlighting areas of success or risk;
  • Managing data analytics to identify areas for optimisation and improve operational excellence;
  • Coordinating pan-recruitment operations reporting and supporting process governance.

The ideal candidate will have operational experience in shared service or recruitment environments, with a strong understanding of data analysis, business management, and quality assurance. They will also possess excellent organisational skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a collaborative approach to developing solutions.

The salary for this position is approximately £24,995 per annum, based on 37 hours per week and an hourly rate of £24.95. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive benefits package.
