This role involves:
- Leading the Recruitment Hub Team and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to existing and future customers;
- Providing accurate insights and reporting on performance against resource demand, highlighting areas of success or risk;

- Coordinating pan-recruitment operations reporting and supporting process governance.
The ideal candidate will have operational experience in shared service or recruitment environments, with a strong understanding of data analysis, business management, and quality assurance. They will also possess excellent organisational skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a collaborative approach to developing solutions.
