Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance and Governance Lead to join our team at Morson Talent. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective management of operational teams and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the assessment of operational insights, analyzing data and identifying trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Co-ordinate the reporting requirements, liaising with data analysts to ensure consistent and accurate data-driven insights.
  • Agree and calibrate KPIs and SPIs across teams and suppliers, ensuring fair and consistent standards of performance.
  • Analyze and evaluate performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data.
  • Provide business administration services, centralizing activities to enable recruitment and onboarding teams to focus on core tasks.
Requirements:
  • Operational experience in shared service or recruitment and onboarding environments.
  • Understanding of data analytics and messaging.
  • Business management experience, ideally working with resourcing levels and reporting.
  • Quality-driven approach, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Ability to manage a team, lead change, and improve processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, good interpersonal and influencing skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a collaborative approach to developing solutions. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £24,950 per annum, based on a 37-hour workweek.
