An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled HR Business Partner to join our client's Leadership team in Cumbria. As a key contributor, you will drive HR excellence and business results through expert support, guidance, and governance.
About the Position:- Execute the HR strategy across the site, partnering with site leaders.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with trade union representatives to foster positive employee relations.
- Embed performance and talent management practices throughout the organisation.
- Improve HR practices and processes through collaboration with the wider HR team.
- Develop user-friendly HR solutions for all employees.
- Coach and develop leaders and managers to achieve business objectives.
- Significant experience in operational HR, with expertise in core HR processes.
- Proven track record in case management and employee relations.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or blue-collar environment preferred.
This position offers an annual salary of up to £70,000, including a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
