Health Visitor Opportunity

Educated to degree level and registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), we invite applications from experienced Health Visitors seeking a new challenge. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our innovative Early Help 0-19 Service, which has received national recognition for its commitment to family-centered care.
In this role, you will work closely with families, schools, and community organizations to promote healthy outcomes and prevent illness. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting vulnerable children and their families, helping to break cycles of disadvantage and promoting social mobility.
**Your Skills and Qualifications:
- NMCI Registration
- BSc SCPHN degree
- Experience in health visiting, including teaching
