NHS Family Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled Health Visitor to join our dynamic team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to families with children from 0-5 years across the county.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc SCPHN degree and current NMC registration. You will also have experience in health visiting, including teaching, and be able to demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to the Public Health Agenda in addressing six high-impact areas. You will be part of a supportive team that prioritizes staff wellbeing and provides opportunities for development and growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide full-range health visiting services, including teaching and supervision
- Work collaboratively with other agencies to address child protection concerns
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
