Intensive Support Practitioner Professional

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Intensive Support Practitioners in East Sussex.
The role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of leading community transformation changes and working closely with other professionals to develop the intensive support and intervention function of the Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
Main Responsibilities:- Working closely with other professionals in the multi-disciplinary team and managers to develop the intensive support and intervention function of the team
- Providing access to local clinical and professional supervision, regular training, and personal development opportunities
We are looking for candidates with current registration, appropriate management/leadership training, and significant post-qualifying experience in the relevant care group. Experience of supervising staff and providing a range of clinical interventions to people in the designated care group is also essential.
