About the Role

This role presents a unique opportunity for a skilled Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner to make a real difference in the lives of young children.

We seek a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to foster a love of learning from day one. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.

Requirements
  • A minimum of Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Children's Care, Learning, and Development or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery setting.
  • Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and its application in practice.
