Therapeutic Practitioner

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Practitioner to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to provide targeted therapeutic interventions and support.

**Responsibilities:**
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify student strengths and areas of need.
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans to address specific challenges and goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to integrate therapeutic interventions into daily routines and activities.

**Requirements:**
• Relevant experience working with students with SEN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
